QUESTION:  If additional buyers sign the Form 22Z (Additional Signer Addendum), are they required to sign and initial each page of the Purchase and Sale Agreement? It says, “all terms and conditions of the Agreement are incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth below.”

ANSWER:  At the initial signing to reach mutual acceptance, the additional signers do not need to initial each page of the purchase agreement. The buyer(s) and seller(s) who executed the other pages of the PSA should initial and date Form 22Z (confirming these additional buyer/seller parties). If there are changes made to the agreement later (counteroffer or agreements to change price after mutual, etc), then the additional signers need to indicate their consent to those changes; the initial Form 22Z would not cover consent to those later changes.
